RULES FOR REDEEMING GIFT VOUCHERS
The ŠSV gift voucher can be used to pay for goods and services in the ŠSV e-shop and in the physical shop/boutique at Verkių g. 30, Vilnius.
If the price of the selected goods exceeds the amount indicated on the gift voucher, the difference can be paid in cash or by bank transfer.
If the price of the selected goods is less than the amount indicated on the gift voucher, the difference will not be refunded.
The gift voucher is not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded.
A gift voucher can only be redeemed once, after which the voucher is void.
The gift voucher is valid for a period of six months from the date of purchase indicated on the gift voucher.
The gift voucher expires at the end of the validity period. The validity period cannot be extended.
If lost or misplaced, gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for new ones.
Amounts paid by customers to purchase gift vouchers are accounted for as an advance. At the request of the purchasers, VAT invoices may be issued only after the purchase of the goods.
By purchasing a gift voucher, the purchaser acknowledges that he/she is aware of the terms and conditions of use of the gift voucher and undertakes to abide by these terms.
