REPAYMENT/EXCHANGE
You can return the goods/exchange within 14 working daysfrom the date of delivery.
We recommend that if you have any doubts about the right size or model, you should always seek advice first by email at info@sokiusuknelesvaikams.lt or by phone +370 61677127; I-V 9:00-18:00. Also via Facebook messenger: “Dance dresses for children”. We will be happy to advise you, and it will help you avoid a long return/exchange procedure.
However, if the product you bought online is not suitable for you, please inform us immediately by email: info@sokiusuknelesvaikams.lt

– the product must not have been damaged or used in any other way, and must be in good condition and not have lost its value;
– the product must be presented in the original manufacturer’s packaging and must be in good condition;
– the product must be accompanied by all attached labels and must be in full working order;
– the return must be accompanied by an “Exchange/Return Form” and a proof of purchase from www.sokiusuknelesvaikams.lt (invoice).
Note: Changes to the appearance of the packaging that were necessary to inspect the product (e.g. opening the packaging bag) do not constitute a material change to the appearance of the product.

- If the Buyer returns/exchanges the item(s), the delivery costs are non-refundableand non-reimbursable. These costs shall only be reimbursed if the goods are defective.
- Upon receipt of the exchanged or returned product, the www.sokiusuknelesvaikams.lt store staff undertakes to inform the customer within 14 days whether the product has met the return/exchange criteria. If the returned/exchanged item(s) meets these criteria, we are obliged to replace the item or refund the money paid for it.
- – You may exchange the product(s) being exchanged for any other product(s) up to the value of the product(s) being exchanged. The Buyer may exchange for an item that is available for sale in the www.sokiusuknelesvaikams.lt store range.

Such consignments will not be picked up and will be returned to the sender after the storage period.
