REPAYMENT/EXCHANGE
You can return/exchange the goods within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
We recommend that if you have any doubts about the right size or model, you should first seek advice by e-mail info@sokiusuknelesvaikams.lt or by phone +370 61677127; I-V 9:00-18:00. Also via Facebook messenger: “Dance dresses for children”. We will be happy to advise you, and it will help you avoid a long return/exchange procedure.
However, if the product you purchased online is not suitable for you, please inform us immediately by e-mail: info@sokiusuknelesvaikams.lt
Goods being exchanged or returned must meet the following criteria:
– the goods must not have been worn or used in any other way, and must be in good condition and not have lost their value;
– the goods must be presented in the original manufacturer’s packaging and must be in good condition;
– the product must remain with all labels attached and in full working order;
-The return must be accompanied by a “Product Replacement/Return Form” and proof of purchase from www.sokiusuknelesvaikams.lt (invoice).
Note: Changes to the appearance of the packaging that were necessary to inspect the product (e.g. opening the packaging bag) do not constitute a material change to the appearance of the product.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
If the Buyer returns/exchanges the item(s), the delivery costs are non-refundable and non-reimbursable. These costs shall only be reimbursed if the goods are defective.
Upon receipt of the exchanged or returned product, the www.sokiusuknelesvaikams.lt store staff undertakes to inform the customer within 14 days whether the product has met the return/exchange criteria. If the returned/exchanged item(s) meets these criteria, we are obliged to replace the item or refund the money paid for it.
– You may exchange the product(s) being exchanged for any other product(s) up to the value of the product(s) being exchanged. The Buyer may exchange for an item that is available for sale in the www.sokiusuknelesvaikams.lt store range.

b) To the physical shop during opening hours at Verkių st. 30; Vilnius; LT-08221. Opening hours I-V 9-18h; Vilnius, Verkiai, Vilnius, 30-30.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE ITEM BACK BY POST OR TO A DIFFERENT POST OFFICE!
Such consignments will not be picked up and will be returned to the sender after the storage period.
